If you are interested in purchasing a piece of Diana Greenwood jewellery, please send her an email using the form below or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the code of the piece or the title and Diana can send you an invoice with her payment details.
Diana accepts payment via BACS Transfer (This is an electronic system to make payments directly from one bank account to another), PayPal or she can take payments over the phone via SumUp.
Diana tries hard to ensure all orders are made and delivered promptly, but this does depend on the item of jewellery. Delivery times can vary from a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on the item of jewellery and the time of year. Diana will advise you of the approximate length of time the order will take when you contact her.
If you need something urgently or by a specific date, please contact Diana and she will try her best to work to your deadline!
Most pieces on Diana’s website can be made to order and postage & packing on all jewellery orders is free in the UK. (Exchanged items will incur a postage & packing charge)
Depending on the value of the item, jewellery is sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured and a guaranteed next day service, or Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked post. Diana will inform you of the Tracking number when the item of jewellery has been dispatched.
Diana is also happy to ship internationally and uses the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service. For International orders that are required urgently, a courier such as Fed Ex can be used and this will be priced at cost.
Diana’s jewellery will arrive wrapped in acid free tissue in a beautiful white jewellery box stamped with her name and wrapped with a ribbon (many colours are available, please enquire).
Diana also offers a gift-wrapping service, please enquire on request.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with you purchase, you have 14 days to return unworn items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or exchange to the full value of your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the jewellery.
Diana recommends you return items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of the goods, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Diana cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to Diana is your responsibility and your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item of jewellery you receive from Diana is faulty.
Specially commissioned or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
For returns, please email Diana: email@example.com with the following details: Name, details of the item of jewellery that you are returning and also your reasons for the return. All items must be returned in the original unused condition that they were received, in the original packaging.

Special orders and customised pieces of jewellery can take longer depending on the complexity of the piece, but Diana will discuss this as part of the commissioning process.

Cleaning your Diana Greenwood Jewellery
To clean satin surfaces, use Goddard’s silver dip which is widely available, rinsing thoroughly in clean warm water. Pat dry with kitchen towel to remove water marks and leave to dry out completely somewhere warm on clean kitchen towel. (Avoid using silver dip on stones)
Shiny surfaces can be cleaned by an occasional rub with a silver cloth. When not being worn, store in the original box with acid free tissue paper. With all items of jewellery, avoid contact with perfume, detergents and hair products etc, which can blacken/oxidise the silver.
